Praktikant
Durch unsere Devise "Training on the job" haben Sie die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen des Praktikums / Volontariats folgende Abläufe kennenzulernen:
- Erstellung von Stellenprofilen, Gestaltung von Stelleninseraten
- Auswahlprozess von BewerberInnen inkl. Telefoninterviews
- Begleitung bei persönlichen Interviews, Erstellung von KandidatInnenberichten
- Koordination von KandidatInnengesprächen bei KundInnen etc.
- Suche nach geeigneten KandidatInnen in diversen Datenbanken
- Organisatorische sowie administrative Tätigkeiten
- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni)
- idealerweise mit Fokus HR, Wirtschaft oder Psychologie - Interesse für HR-Management und Recruiting
- Übung im Umgang mit IT und Social Media
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Proaktives Verhalten und Hands-on-Mentalität
