Berater*innen/Trainer*innen
Anforderungsprofil- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozial- oder Bildungsbereich (Sozialpädagogik, Lebens- und Sozialberatung, Lehramt, Sozialarbeit, Behindertenbetreuung, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Sonder- und Heilpädagogik, Psychotherapie etc.)
- mindestens 2-jährige Erfahrung in der Beratung arbeitsuchender Personen bzw. in der Bildungsberatung, Kompetenzerhebung, Berufsorientierung und Outplacement
- gute Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes und der regionalen sozialen Infrastruktur
- Gender Mainstreaming und Diversity Management-Zertifikat (nicht älter als 5 Jahre)
- Vorteilhaft: Mehrsprachigkeit, psychotherapeutische Kompetenz bzw. Zusatzausbildungen wie z.B. Supervision, Mediation
- eine eigenverantwortliche und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einem interessanten Aufgabengebiet
- Entlohnung: € 2.371,89 (Mindestentgelt lt. BABE-KV, VB 4a/1 bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung), die tatsächliche Gehaltshöhe richtet sich nach der Einstufung gemäß anrechenbarer Erfahrung.
