At the international headquarter in our Mondi Paper Sales division in Vienna, we are offering the following challenging position in our Customer Service Center B2B for Western Europe:Customer Service Adviser B2B Western Europe (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:- Responsibility of serving B2B customers to exceed their expectations
- Building good relationships with allocated customers in Western Europe as well as implementing customer projects
- All activities related to order- and claim management
- Delivering highest level of service
- Consulting, selling and claim management
- Working closely together with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance as well as international production sites
- Being an active and contributing member of the team
- Reporting to Customer Service Team Lead
- A-level diploma or equivalent as well as commercial knowledge
- At least 3 years professional experience in Export, Customer Service or Logistics, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent command of German and English plus French or a Italian (preferably native speaker) is a pre-requisite
- Strong IT-skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Having a flexible and sensitive approach to different customer needs with high culture awareness
- Outgoing, open-minded and flexible personality with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Analytic thinking and self-dependent in taking actions as well as good understanding of sales and logistic processes
