From part-time to full-time or seasonal, we respond to your individual needs. The permanent place of work is Telfs-Innsbruck - the position is to be filled immediately.
Your tasks:
- check-in and check-out
- Advising guests during their stay
- Participation in training courses and cross-training courses for reception staff
- Reservation correspondence in German and English
- Entries in the hotel's Property Management System (MEWS)
- Sale of vouchers
- Ensuring high quality standards
- Living the family/company philosophy
The salary depends on the corresponding qualification, but at least one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight gross per month based on a full-time position for a five-day week (14 salaries according to the Austrian collective agreement).
