Unser Kunde, ein Unternehmen im Bezirk Linz-Land, konnte seine Produktpalette auch im europäischen Raum durch stetiges Wachstum und hohen Erfolgskurs bekannt machen. Das Team in der Finanzbuchhaltung ist nun auf der Suche nach einer Führungspersönlichkeit mit fachlichem Know-know!
Die zukünftige Rolle
Als Führungskraft des 4-köpfigen Buchhaltungsteams sind Sie der Fels in der Brandung, erhalten die gute Zusammenarbeit sowie die Motivation aufrecht und unterstützen dort, wo es notwendig ist. Außerdem:
- führen Sie Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den Jahresabschlusses nach UGB durch
- bereiten Sie die quartalsmäßige Konzernverrechnung auf
- fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen, Steuerberater und Behörden
- erstellen Sie die UVA sowie verschiedene Auswertungen und Statistiken
Die Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HBLW, Uni/FH) sowie Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung sowie Bilanzierung, vorzusgweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
- BMD NTCS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gutes Englisch (vorwiegend schriftlich)
- Bodenständige und empathische Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen

Für diese spannende Herausforderung bietet unser Kunde ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.800,- mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
